These terms cover reading and using this website, not the landscaping work itself. Any work is governed by a separate written agreement, and that agreement controls the job.
What do these terms cover?
These terms cover your use of this website and the pages on it. They do not cover the work itself. Any landscaping work is governed by a separate written agreement that sets the scope, the price, the schedule and the cleanup, and those terms sit outside this site. Reading a page here does not create a contract and does not book any work. If you send a form, the privacy policy explains what happens to the details. If you disagree with these terms, stop using the site. The pages are free to read and no account is needed. Nothing in these terms limits a right you have under Arizona law. The date under the heading shows when this wording was last checked.
How are the cost ranges on this site sourced?
The price ranges come from published national cost data, not from a survey of Mesa yards. The figures come from national cost guides, 2026, and the source is named or described by type beside every range. These are published national ranges, not a quote. The final price comes after someone sees the yard. A Mesa yard with caliche, slope or a narrow side gate can land outside a national range in either direction, and a range on a page cannot see any of that. If a source changes its method, the figure stays on the page until the study is checked again.
What may you do with the text on this site?
You may read, print and share these pages for your own project. You may quote a short passage with a link back to the page it came from. You may not copy whole pages onto another site, resell the text, or feed the pages into a service that republishes them as its own content. The layout and the writing are ours. If anyone wants to reference a page, linking to it is always allowed and needs no permission. Ask before using a page in a printed handout that is sold. Requests are handled by phone. A short quote in a neighborhood newsletter is fine, and so is a link in a message to a neighbor.
What can a page on this site tell you?
A page here can describe how a project usually runs, but soil, slope, gate width and plant selections belong to a specific property and are confirmed on site. Price, start date and finish date are set in the written agreement for the job. Whether a plant thrives in a particular spot, or a drainage fix solves a problem that starts uphill from a wall, depends on the property. Mesa rules can change after a page is published, including water schedules and incentive terms, so confirm the current rule with the city. A visit to the yard is what lets anyone speak to a specific project. A range is a starting point for a conversation.
How are outside links handled?
Pages here link to city departments and other public sources. Those sites are run by other organizations, and their content, availability and accuracy are theirs. A link is a citation, there so you can check a rule or a number at the source. If a link is broken, say so by phone. A change on an outside page can make a sentence here read oddly. Where a city rule matters to your project, confirm it with the city before you build. If an outside page moves, the link may stop working, and a call is the fastest way to tell us.
Questions people ask
Do these terms apply to the landscaping work?
No. These terms cover this website only. Any work is governed by a separate written agreement, and that agreement sets scope, price, schedule and cleanup. Read it before work starts and ask about anything it leaves out.
Can I reuse a page from this site?
You can quote a short passage with a link back to the page. You cannot copy whole pages, resell the text, or republish it as your own content. Linking to a page is always fine and needs no permission from us.
What if a price range on a page looks wrong?
Call (747) 243-2089 and say which page and which figure. Ranges come from published national data, so a Mesa quote can sit outside one without being an error. We will check the source and correct the page if the figure is stale.
