This site collects what you type into its forms and what you say on the phone. That is the short version. The sections below name each field, say who sees it, and explain how to have it removed.
What information does this site collect?
The forms on this site ask for your name, phone number, ZIP code and the service you pick and, where a form asks for them, your city, email address, a budget range and a description of the work. The ZIP code and the city help confirm the service area. Only what you type or select in those fields is collected, plus the page and the time the form was sent. When you call the number on this page, the call tracking platform also logs the number you called from. The description is the most useful field, because a line about a bare back lot with caliche says more than a project label does. You can leave the description short and give the details on the phone instead.
Who sees the information you send?
The forms are delivered through FormSubmit (formsubmit.co) to the site's inbox, and the call tracking platform logs the call that follows. Your details are not sold or rented, and they are not used for marketing you did not ask for. Access is limited to the people who need it to answer your request, such as the person who returns the call. If you would rather not share a description, leave it blank and give the details on the call instead. The phone number is the only field needed to reach you.
How long is the information kept?
Form submissions and call records are kept long enough to answer the question and follow up. You can ask for your record to be removed sooner, unless a legal or accounting obligation requires the record to stay. Removal covers the form entry and the note attached to it.
Does this site use cookies or tracking?
The site uses a small number of cookies that keep the pages working and let the call tracking platform attribute calls. Server logs record the pages requested, the time, and a rough location derived from the network address. Those logs exist to keep the site running and to spot abuse. You can block cookies in your browser and still read every page, though the call attribution stops and the form may reset if you reload it. The site also uses WhatConverts, a call and lead tracking service: it sets cookies and records how you reached the site (for example the search you came from), the pages you open, and the forms or calls that follow.
How do you ask for a copy or removal?
Call (747) 243-2089 and say what you want done, or send a note through the contact page with removal in the first line. Give the phone number you used on the original form so the entry can be found. What is on file can be confirmed and removed, or copied to you first if you ask. There is no charge and no form to fill out beyond the request itself. You do not have to give a reason. If you send the request from a different number than the one on the form, include the original number in the note.
Questions people ask
Do you sell the details I send?
No. The form entry is used to answer your request. It is not sold, rented or published, and it is not used for marketing you did not ask for. If you mention a city program in the note, read the rules at the source on Mesa Water Conservation (opens in a new tab) and the Residential Grass-to-Xeriscape Program (opens in a new tab).
Can I send the form without a phone number?
No. The phone number is the field that lets the callback happen, so the form asks for it. The ZIP code and the description help too, because they show which area the yard is in and what the call can cover.
What should I do if my details change?
Call (747) 243-2089 with the old number and the new one. The entry can be updated or deleted, whichever you prefer.
